Program:
- Identificarea interactiunii anumitor forte asupra diferitelor tipuri de fracturi (Intelegerea principiilor din cauza carora anumite forte duc la un anumit tip specific de fractura a oaselor)
- Intelegerea principiilor de baza privind biomecanica fracturii (Informatii aditionale privind mecanica fortelor care actiuneaza asupra fracturilor alaturi de influenta lor asupra stabilitatii, fixarii si vindecarii)
- Clasificarea fracturilor (Invatam sa identificam in mod corect fracturile pe baza tipului, localizarii si complexitatii acestora, pentru a putea planifica tratamentul)
- Definirea diferitelor tipuri de vindecare osoara (Diferentierea intre vindecarea osoara primara/directa si secundara/indirecta si intelegerea la nivel biologic a proceselor care duc la fiecare tip de vindecare
- Intelegerea momentului adecvat de reconstructie sau amanarea reconstructiei unei fracturi (Dezvoltarea abilitatilor de recunoastere a fracturilor, daca acestea necesita reconstructie din punct de vedere anatomic sau daca principiile de vindecare biologica pot fi prioritizate cu o interventie minima)
- Recunoasterea facterilor care afecteaza capabilitatea unei decizii privind fixarea fracturii (Evaluarea din punct de vedere biologic, mecanic si clinic a factorilor care influenteaza alegerea metodei de vindecare a fracturii, luand in calcul conditia in care se afla pacientul si natura ranii)

- Identify how different forces cause different fracture patterns
Understand how various forces result in specific fracture patterns in bones - Understand the basic principles of fracture biomechanics
Gain insight into the mechanical forces acting on fractures and their influence on stability, fixation and healing - Classify fractures
Learn to accurately classify fractures based on their type, location, configuration and complexity to guide treatment planning - Define different types of bone healing
Differentiate between primary (direct) and secondary (indirect) bone healing and understand the biological processes underlying each type - Understand when to reconstruct and when not to reconstruct a fracture
Develop the ability to assess whether a fracture requires anatomical reconstruction or if biological healing principles can be prioritized with minimal intervention - Recognize factors that affect decision-making in fracture fixation
Evaluate the biological, mechanical, and clinical factors that influence the choice of fracture repair method, considering the patient’s condition and the nature of the injury
